PECAN PIE | |
Unbaked pie crust 1 c. sugar 1 c. syrup (I use 1/2 c. homemade and 1/2 c. Karo) 1/2 tsp. salt 3 eggs 2 tbsp. butter Beat eggs, sugar, butter, syrup and salt thoroughly. Add 1 cup pecan halves or broken pieces. Stir and pour into pastry shell. Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until filling is set. Cool. |
