2 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1 c. oil
1 1/2 c. flour
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch salt
1 c. nuts

ICING:

2 c. marshmallows
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. cocoa
1 c. nuts
1 box powdered sugar

Mix all ingredients and place in oblong pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

ICING: Mix all ingredients and ice cake while hot.
