CHICKEN WITH ARTICHOKE HEARTS 
1 lb. chicken, skinned and boned
6 oz. artichoke hearts, not marinated
1/2 c. mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 lb. longhorn cheese, shredded

Combine all ingredients in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cover last 20 minutes. Serve with brown rice.
