CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 pkg. fresh cranberries, put through food grinder
1 lg. orange with peel, put through food grinder (be sure to remove seeds)
1 lg. can crushed pineapple

Mix together and add enough sugar to satisfy your taste. Let stand 2 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally.

Dissolve 1 or 2 packages raspberry Jello - depending on consistency desired. Mix with cranberry mixture and pour into pan (I use a 9 x 13 inch size). Refrigerate until set. Cut in squares and serve on lettuce with dollop of mayonnaise on top. This is a very good salad.
