RHUBARB CRUNCH I | |
8 c. rhubarb, cut up 2 c. sugar 3/4 c. flour 2 eggs 2 tbsp. water 1 pkg. yellow cake mix 1 stick butter, melted Mix sugar and flour together. Mix with rhubarb. Pour into 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. Mix eggs and water. Pour over rhubarb; mix until all is moist. Bake at 350 degrees until tender, about 20 minutes. Mix cake mix with melted butter. Sprinkle on top of rhubarb. Return to oven until brown. |
