BRANDY SLUSH | |
9 c. water, divided 2 c. sugar 4 green tea bags 1 lg. can frozen orange juice 1 lg. can frozen lemonade 1 pt. brandy (unflavored) Bring 7 cups water and the sugar to a boil. Remove from heat. In separate pan bring remaining 2 cups water to a boil and add the tea bags. Remove from heat. Let cool slightly. Take out tea bags. Combine tea water with sugar water. Stir in orange juice and lemonade. Let cool. Add brandy. Put in freezable container that you would be above to scoop from. Example: deep tray that holds expelled ice cubes. Put in freezer and freeze. To serve, scoop out with an ice cream scoop into medium size glass and pour a little 7 Up or other clear soda pop over top to make slushy. |
