MINI CHEESE TARTS 
3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
4 tbsp. butter, melted (or butter)
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 lb. cream cheese
2 tbsp. sour cream
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can blueberry or cherry pie filling

Blend graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press graham cracker mixture into bottoms of mini paper liners in 2 inch muffin tins. Using electric beater, mix sugar, cream cheese, sour cream, egg and vanilla. Fill each paper liner 2/3 full and bake at 350°F for about 10 minutes. Allow to cool. Top with pie filling.

Makes 24 tarts.
