STUFFED SHELLS 
1 pkg. lg. pasta shells
1 carton lowfat cottage cheese
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella
1 (10 oz.) box chopped frozen broccoli, thawed
3 lg. mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp. garlic salt
1 lg. jar Ragu chunky or homestyle

Cook pasta shells according to directions. Mix cottage cheese, Mozzarella, broccoli, mushrooms and garlic salt. Stuff shells with mixture. Spread a layer of Ragu in baking dish. Place stuffed shells on top of Ragu. Pour rest of sauce over shells. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. These can be frozen and reheated.
