LEMON POUND CAKE 
1 c. butter
1 3/4 c. sugar
3 c. flour
4 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together. Set aside. Cream sugar and butter until creamy, then add eggs (one at a time) and beat well. Add flour and milk alternately. Add lemon and vanilla. Pour into greased tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
