LIVER LOAF 
2 lbs. liver, cooked
2 onions
2 eggs
4 c. dried bread crumbs
Salt & pepper

Cook liver for 5 minutes. Force liver and onions through a food chopper. Add salt and pepper, eggs and bread crumbs. Mix all together. Moisten with the broth the liver was cooked in. Shape into a loaf and lay 4 slices of bacon on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
