SPICED PEACH BUTTER 
10 lg. fresh peaches, 4 lbs.
Juice of 2 lemons
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
Sugar

Pit and peel peaches and cut into chunks. Chop in processor or blender. Combine peaches, lemon juice, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg in large saucepan. Simmer 1 or 2 hours, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and sweeten to taste. Stir sugar and until dissolved.
