MENGLE BREAD | |
1 c. sugar 1 c. flour 3 tsp. baking powder Pinch of salt 1 c. hot milk 2 egg whites, beaten Sift together sugar, flour, baking powder and salt. Add hot milk to dry ingredients and stir well. Add beaten egg whites. Pour into a greased and floured 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or done. Frost with a powdered sugar frosting and sprinkle with ground peanuts. they are nice if you frost all sides and roll in ground peanuts. |
