BROCCOLI WITH RICE AND CHICKEN 
1 chicken, cooked and deboned
1 stick butter
1 rib celery, chopped
1 lg. jar cheese
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
Tabasco, salt and pepper to taste
1 onion, chopped
1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup

In a large skillet saute onions and celery in butter until the vegetables are clear. Cook broccoli according to package directions, drain well. Mix broccoli with soup and cheese and add to celery and onions, stir in rice and chicken, season and mix well. Put into a greased 9 x 13 inch casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. This can be mixed ahead and frozen. Serves 6.
