INSTANT CHICKEN & RICE | |
2 tbsp. butter 2/3 c. uncooked rice 4 oz. can mushroom stems & pieces, undrained 1 1/2 oz. env. dry onion soup mix 2 (7 oz.) cans chicken 1 1/2 c. water Melt butter in large skillet. Add rice, mushrooms with liquid and dry onion soup and mix well. Add chicken and water and mix well. Cook, covered, over low heat, about 30 minutes or until rice is tender. Serves 6. |
