3 qts. popcorn, popped
1 c. light brown sugar
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/4 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Mix last 7 ingredients together in a boiler, bring to a boil for about 1 minute. Pour over popcorn, mix to coat evenly. Pour into a greased pan, put into 200 degree oven.
