STUFFED POTATOES 
1 1/2 lbs. potatoes
1 tbsp. salt
4 tbsp. flour
2 c. meat filling
1 beaten egg
Fat for frying

Boil and mash potatoes. Add salt, egg, flour and mix well. Let the mashed potato mixture cool in the refrigerator. Divide into 8 or 10 equal parts. Flour your hands and take one part and spread it flat on your hand. Place a tablespoon of the filling in the center and form a ball. Then you fry it in hot fat.
