1 pkg. yellow cake mix
3 eggs
3/4 c. oil
1 can mandarin oranges

Mix all together; put in 2 (9 inch) cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

ICING:

1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 can strawberry pie filling

Mix together well; spread on cake.
