BAKED HAM IN OVEN 
Place ham in brown bag (without any writing on bag) in pan with rack. Tie bag with twist tie or fold well. (I put water in pan under rack so drippings don't burn.)

Don't trim off all the fat which helps flavor ham. Bake ham for 20 minutes per pound at 350 degrees.

Baste with brown sugar and mustard and a little fruit or juice during the last 20 minutes of cooking time if you desire.
