CINDY'S OVEN BAKED BEEF BARBECUE 
3 lb. chuck roast
1 pt. tomato juice
1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. vinegar
2 or 3 onions, chopped
1 c. catsup
Brown sugar to taste

Combine all ingredients in roaster. Bake at 300 degrees, covered for first 2 hours. Then uncover and bake 2 or 3 more hours. Pull or separate with fork. If too thick, can add some barbecue sauce.
