MARINATED BEEF ROAST 
4 lbs. sirloin tip
1/3 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. catsup
1/3 c. brown sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce

Pour over roast and refrigerate overnight. Turn roast over in morning and continue to marinate until time to cook. Baste while cooking. Great on outdoor grill!
