1 heaping spoon of peanut butter
1 shake cinnamon
1 tbsp. honey

Mix together with wooden spoon. Take a toasted bagel, or English muffin. Spread on with slices of thin apples and slices of bananas, sprinkle a few raisins and shredded carrots.
