9" baked pie shell
1/2 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. ground oregano

Microwave beef and onion on High 3 minutes, stirring halfway through time. Drain. Mix milk, mayonnaise and seasonings. Stir in beaten eggs. Add one cup cheese and meat mixture. Pour into baked pie shell in glass pie plate. microwave 6 minutes, turning every 3. Sprinkle with remaining cheese, cook another 3 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes. Conventional Oven: Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
