DRIED LIMA MAIN DISH 
1 c. dried lima beans
5 strips bacon
1/2 c. minced onions
1/2 lb. hamburger
1 sm. can tomato soup
1/3 c. cold water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. ketchup

Soak limas overnight. Cook, the next day, until tender. Dice bacon and fry until almost crisp. Drain off fat. Brown onion and hamburger. Add bacon to hamburger. Add soup, water, salt, pepper, ketchup, and limas. Simmer 20 to 30 minutes.
