BEAN - ZUCCHINI SALAD | |
2 cans green beans, cut 4 med. ripe tomatoes, quartered 1 can yellow wax beans, cut 2 jars marinated artichoke hearts 2 cans button mushrooms 1 can black pitted olives 2 zucchini (raw) 1 Kraft Zesty Italian dressing 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. garlic salt Mix together. Drain beans, mushrooms, artichokes (separated); drain olives (cut in half). Slice zucchini with potato peeler; cut tomatoes. Add seasoning and dressing. Mix well and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. |
