NEVER FAIL PIE CRUST 
3 c. flour
1 c. butter
2 tsp. salt
1 egg white
2 tsp. vinegar
1/3 c. water

In food processor combine flour, salt and butter. Mix together water, egg white, and vinegar. Pour over other mixture while food processor is running. Mix for about 2-3 minutes. Push down once or twice to mix thoroughly.

Makes enough for 2 or 3 pie crusts or one large cobbler. (This is fast and easy and I often freeze one pie and bake the other one.)
