ORANGE CLOUD SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
2 c. miniature marshmallows
3 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 sm. can crushed pineapple in own syrup
1 c. cottage cheese
1 sm. can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
2 bananas, mashed

Dissolve gelatin and marshmallows in 1 cup boiling water in large bowl. Mix in orange juice. Combine cream cheese and pineapple in small bowl, mixing well. Stir into gelatin mixture, adding cottage cheese, bananas and oranges. Fold in Cool Whip. Chill until firm. Yield: 15 servings.
