QUICK CORN PUDDING 
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients and turn into buttered casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes or until firm. Garnish with water cress and spiced crab apples or your preference.
