QUICK CRANBERRY PUDDING 
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. milk
2 c. raw cranberries

SAUCE:

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. light cream

SAUCE: Combine and cook 10 minutes.

Sift together sugar, flour and baking powder. Add melted butter. Add milk, then add the raw cranberries. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with cream sauce. Use a 9 x 9 inch pan.
