BANANA SPLIT CAKE 
9 graham cracker squares
Sm. vanilla sugar free pudding
1 banana (sliced)
1/2 c. crushed pineapple (drained)
1 c. strawberries, frozen or fresh (chopped)
1 c. Cool Whip (reg. or light)

Line 6x6 pan with crackers.

Make pudding according to directions and pour over crackers.

Layer banana on pudding.

Cover with pineapple.

Cover with strawberries.

Spread Cool Whip over berries. Put in refrigerator until serving time. Makes 4 servings. Double recipe for 9x13 pan.
