CHICKEN CASSEROLE II 
1 chicken, cooked and deboned
1/2 lb. egg noodles, cooked
1 med. onion
1/2 c. celery
1 sm. can mushrooms
1/2 c. cashews (optional)
1 can mushroom soup
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
Milk
1 can French fried onions

Saute onion and celery in butter. Remove from heat and add drained mushrooms and cashews. Add to chicken and noodles. Mix together cream of mushroom soup and Cheddar cheese soup with a little milk, and add to chicken and noodles. Add more milk if needed. Bake for 25 minutes in 350 degree oven. Top with 1 can French fried onions and bake 5 minutes more. Can be made ahead.
