COTTAGE CHEESE FRUIT SALAD 
1 lb. sm. curd cottage cheese
1 (3 oz.) apricot Jello

Sprinkle over cottage cheese and mix. Then fold in 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip, 1 (20 oz.) can drained crushed pineapple, 1 can drained mandarin oranges. Fold and refrigerate overnight.
