EMMA'S COTTAGE CHEESE SALAD 
1 - 16 oz. carton of cottage cheese
1 - 3 oz. pkg. dry jello (any flavor; I use orange)
1 - 11 oz. container cool whip
1 - 16 oz. can of fruit, drained (I used apricots)

Pour cottage cheese into a mixing bowl, add dry jello and fruit. This makes enough salad to refill the containers.

Ready to eat at once or chill in refrigerator.
