PUMPKIN BARS | |
4 eggs 2 c. sugar 2 c. pumpkin, cooked 3/4 c. melted butter 2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1 c. chopped nuts Beat eggs and sugar, then add melted butter and last add pumpkin. Then add flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon and beat. Last fold in the nuts. Pour batter in greased and floured 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 inch pan (cookie sheet). Bake for 25 minutes or until done in 350 degree oven - cool and frost. FROSTING: 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 6 tbsp. butter, softened 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tbsp. milk 3 c. confectioners' sugar Combine all ingredients and beat until smooth. Spread on cool cake. |
