PRECISION BURGERS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. packaged Seasoned dry stuffing mix
1/2 med. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. beaten egg
3 tbsp. butter
4 oz. mozzarella, thinly sliced
6 pieces bread or rolls

Mix first 5 ingredients in mixing bowl. Chill 30 minutes. Form beef mixture into six 1 inch thick patties. Melt butter in large skillet, over medium high heat. Add patties and cook for 5 minutes. Turn; top with cheese. Cook to desired degree of doneness. Place on bread or rolls.
