LIVERWURST PATE 
1 lb. liverwurst
1 clove garlic, pressed, or garlic salt
1/2 tsp. basil
3 tbsp. minced onions

TOPPING:

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
Garlic clove, pressed
1/8 tsp. Tabasco
1 tsp. mayonnaise

Mix liverwurst, garlic, basil, onions, and shape into an igloo. Mix topping ingredients of cream cheese, garlic, Tabasco, and mayonnaise. "Ice" igloo with cream cheese topping and then sprinkle parsley on top. Refrigerate overnight. Can serve with Meal Mate (or other) crackers.
