PEANUT BUTTER BALLS 
1 c. peanut butter
3/4 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. chocolate
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. butter

Microwave peanut butter (easier to work with), add sugar, vanilla, milk, butter; roll into balls. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. In a double boiler, melt chocolate until smooth. Coat peanut butter ball, put on wax paper. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

NOTE: If chocolate gets too hard while coating add solid shortening to thin down.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
