1 lb. butter
2 c. peanut butter
3 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 to 3 lb. powdered sugar
Chocolate candy discs

Cream thoroughly the butter, peanut butter, and vanilla. Add powdered sugar until it will form into balls. Mix well.

Melt chocolate candy discs in a double boiler (or on medium heat in the microwave). Dip peanut butter balls in chocolate and put on waxed paper until chocolate is set.

This makes a lot. You might want to cut the recipe in half.
