MEXICAN WEDDING CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped nuts

Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees (9 x 13) pan.

ICING:

1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
