PINEAPPLE RICE PUDDING 
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple
4 c. cooked rice
1/2 pt. heavy whipping cream
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Drain pineapple, whip the cream, add the sugar and vanilla. Fold pineapple and rice into the whipped cream mixture. Chill until serving. Makes 12 servings.
