PISTACHIO TORTE 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
3/4 c. butter

Mix and put in 9"x13" cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Cool.

Beat together: 1 c. powdered sugar

Fold in 7 ounces Cool Whip. Spread over cool crust. 3 c. milk

Mix together, spread on cream cheese mix. Frost with remaining Cool Whip. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and refrigerate overnight.
