PINEAPPLE CHESS PIE 
3 eggs
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In medium bowl, beat eggs until foamy. Beat in sugar, butter, vanilla, and salt until well blended. Stir in pineapple. Pour mixture in pie shell. Bake 40 minutes or until lightly browned and set.
