PINEAPPLE PIE 
1/2 stick butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (9") pie shell, unbaked

Melt butter over low heat; add sugar and stir well. Add eggs, pineapple and vanilla and blend well. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
