1 (2.0 oz.) box sugar free Jello, instant pudding (nutrasweet)
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, in its own juices (drained, reserving juice)
1 sm. carton sour cream
1 baked pie shell
1 pkg. Nutrasweet whipped topping (mixed according to directions on box or use Cool Whip (light) (it does contain sugar)

Mix Jello pudding, pineapple and sour cream adding some of the juice as needed. Pour into baked pie shell and top with whipped topping. It's ready to eat!
