BEST EVER CHEESE CAKE 
9 whole graham crackers, crushed
1/2 c. soft butter
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

FILLING:

11 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
5 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine crust ingredients and pat into a 9 inch pie plate. Combine filling ingredients and mix with mixer (or in a blender) until smooth. Pour into crust and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

Combine topping ingredients. Pour over top of cheesecake and bake 10 more minutes. Cool and refrigerate.
