CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
Nonstick cooking spray
1 c. canola oil
1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. miniature chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl cream together canola oil, brown sugar and granulated sugar. Mix well - add eggs and vanilla and mix well. In medium bowl - sift together flour, baking soda and salt - add flour mixture to cream mixture - mixing thoroughly. Add chocolate chips to batter.

Using a 1/4 teaspoon drop a rounded spoonful of dough onto prepared baking sheet.

Bake on middle rack of oven for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven while centers are still slightly soft. Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring cookies to a rack to cool.

Makes 300 (1-inch) morsels.
