2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. cold water
1 c. Miracle Whip
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix dry ingredients thoroughly, add remaining ingredients. Pour in 9 x 13 inch pan or sheet cake pan. 9 x 13 inch bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees or sheet bake for 20 minutes.
