PORK CHOPS WITH ORANGE SAUCE 
6 loin pork chops
1 tbsp. butter
1 med. onion, diced
1 tbsp. flour
2 bouillon cubes
1 c. hot water
1/2 tsp. minced parsley
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Heat frying pan over medium heat. Brown chops on both sides and remove from pan. Melt butter; add onion, saute 5 minutes. Stir in flour; dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water; add slowly, stirring constantly, cook 5 minutes. Add parsley, mustard, lemon juice, orange juice, salt and pepper. Blend thoroughly. Place chops in liquid, cover and cook over low heat for 3/4-1 hour, or until meat is tender.
