CHICKEN KABOBS 
1 lb. boned chicken breast, skinned and cut into 1 inch cubes
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
Dash of pepper
1 green pepper, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
4 oz. mushrooms, about 15 halved
1 tbsp. honey

Marinate chicken in soy sauce, sugar, salt, garlic powder, ginger and pepper.

Alternate green pepper, chicken and mushrooms on wooden toothpicks.

Stir honey into soy sauce mixture and brush kabobs.

Microwave 3 1/2 to 6 1/2 minutes or until chicken is tender. Brush again when half done.

Variation: substitute pineapple chunks for mushrooms.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
