MEATLOAF WITH MUSHROOM SOUP 
4 slices white bread with crusts removed
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. dried mushrooms; optional

Crumble the bread into the beaten eggs, then mix in all the rest of the ingredients in the order listed above. Spoon gently into a greased loaf tin. Place in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Saute the fresh mushrooms for a garnish.
