CHILE VERDE 
2 tbsp. oil
6 pork steaks, cut in cubes
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 sm. can whole green chiles, mashed
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. water
Salt, pepper, garlic powder

Fry meat in oil and add salt, pepper, garlic powder. Fry until brown. Add onions and cook for 5 minutes. Drain fat. Add flour, chile and water. Mix well. Stir until boiling. Lower heat and cook for 10 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
